Booking & deposit terms

Free consultation

A consultation-only appointment is free and lasts 30 minutes. It does not reserve a treatment. Consultation-only appointments are offered on days without treatment bookings.

Treatment and combined bookings

A CA$50 deposit is required to reserve a treatment appointment, including a free consultation booked together with treatment. The consultation remains free. The deposit is deducted from the final treatment price; the remaining balance is payable to Sunni Beauty. Treatment suitability and final pricing are discussed with you before treatment.

One treatment client is booked per day. Choose an available start at 8:30, 9:00, 9:30 or 10:00 a.m., Ottawa local time. The finishing time varies with your hair and treatment.

Rescheduling

Contact Sunni Beauty to arrange an available alternative date. Your existing deposit transfers to the rescheduled appointment; a second deposit is not required.

Cancellation and refund

Your deposit is refundable following communication with the Sunni Beauty team. Please contact us to cancel and arrange your refund. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Once a refund is processed, the time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Payment and confirmation

Card payment is handled on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Treatment bookings are confirmed only after successful payment verification. An unpaid checkout temporarily holds the day; availability is released after payment expiry is verified. If you paid but have not received confirmation, contact us before booking again.
